This is just a plain simple pdf. Actually it is just a one line doc I printed from Word. The client is my laptop - and it experiences the problem with the production server, but not my local development server.

I can run all the same code with the same pdf's... on my dev web server, I get the pdf to render. When I run the same process on the production server, the resulting pdf file is bigger and is corrupt.
