Hi Neil,

>Has anyone incorporated the vfp Mere Mortals Framework into Active FoxPro Pages 3.0? In the past I have incorporated the vfp MM framework into my asp web apps by building mtdll's and instantiating them within vbscripts. However, the AFP concept is very intriguing to me and would be I nice way to maintain my older asp applications.

We haven't specifically integrated Mere Mortals classes. However, we already integrated existing business objects into new AFP applications. Since you tested your code in a web environment already, it's likely you can integrate them very easily in AFP. The biggest problem when reusing classes is code that isn't prepared for web, for example, because it displays messages, isn't stable enough to run for a long time, or requires direct access to the computer to view any log files.

Integrating your business classes into AFP application is almost like integrating them into ASP. The difference is that you can use the VFP classes directly. You don't have to build and register DLLs or use vbscript.
