For some reason, when I run this code in my production app, the preview window isn't created as a top level form - it takes over the current form, even if I set the TopForm property to be true. My workaround was to simply create a blank top level form that would create the preview container and run the report.

That shouldn't happen... it sounds like a bug. If possible, could you post me a simplified program that demonstrates this? I know I asked for this before, and you did post some code, but I'm specifically interested in something that demonstrates the preview window "taking over the current form" even when you've told it to be separate top form. If you've changed and adapted the previous code, I want to make sure I'm looking at the right conditions. If you like you can email me a zipfile.
