Intuitively, it would seem there would be a way to "scrape" away a toolbar's border, titlebar, and margins using basic Windows API calls applied to a toolbar's hWnd. This would leave us with just a container for the container we place in the toolbar. This would be an awesome GUI component! Unfortunately, my feeble experiments in this area failed to show promise. If wishes were fishes, a borderless toolbar container would one of my top 3 post VFP 9 enhancements.

Thank you for your kinds words. I'm not sure the "fast" adjective applies to me (those that know me would have a good laugh about that comment), I'm just a stubborn, persistent, cranky ol' b*astard! :)

I hope you continue to post regarding your experiences with VFP 9's dockable forms. I find the concept very compelling, but have doubts about the completeness of implementation in VFP 9.
