My daughter doesn't like to watch baseball on tv because she says it is too boring. She enjoys watching a good game in person though. What is funny is that one day she was watching golf on tv and when I commented on it she informed me that she was not watching golf, she was watching Tiger Woods... :o)

>Well, I like a good game of Soccer and the game between Milan and Liverpool was interesting. Not being a fan of either team has its good and bad points. It was entertaining to say the least.

>Wow! Milan 3, Liverpool 0. Milan dominated the ball. Thoughts that crossed my mind: Liverpool starts with the letter “L” as do the words lethargic, listless, lackluster, and lifeless. Boy, Liverpool is really going to get creamed! How did they get this far?

>What happened to Liverpool? Man, talk about energy and team play! This is unreal! You have to like these guys for what they accomplished. Captain Steven Gerrard, and Jamie Carragher stood out in my mind as outstanding players. They have lots of heart and talent.

>I have to admit that I dislike shootouts to determine the winner. In the case of a championship game I cannot see any other solution unless you play till you drop! :)

>P.S. I was thinking of you and Alessio during the game. Like I say about the San Francisco Giants Baseball and 49'ers Football (American style), "Wait till next year"! My teams forgot how to win! :)

>>Funny. As you're an hour ahead of us (Just realised! different time zone? - we're not used to them in UK), you're usually on-line before me, aren't you? Keeping your head down? (I thought I'd have to keep mine down at first).
>>What a fantastic, historic match, thoroughly entertaining from both sides.
