OK, in the meantime I have "RTFM".

It is basically three menus that don't always appear, depending on some conditions. From the Web site:

Messaging and newsfeed menus added dynamically as accounts and subscriptions are set up.
"Window" menu is added if user opts not to display close buttons on each tab in Preferences > General.


It is basically the "Windows" menu that I missed, but that is easily solved, as shown in the second paragraph I copied.
