the man said that he didn't drink and go to make test, but device show that he was drinking
He argue that the device is broken and ask to make the test of his wife which state that she didn't drink.
The device show the same that they were drunk.
In the end the man said that the problems is in the device and he can prove it Let's make the test to the baby.
It is not possible so small child to take any alcohol, but test show that the baby is drunk too
and famoly state you device is broken if it show that all of us are drunk

may be I lost flavor of the joke, but tyou know that some of the joke couldn't be translated very well and sound in diffrent way in other language that pure translation :-)
