I did some more research and found that the reason the HasRows property is not a Interface property is because some backends don't return that information. Another guy said that though that was true, they certainly have the ability to. To me HowManyRows would be even more powerful so that I could know the upper bounds of an array to move the data to for example.

Oh well, makes me miss Fox even more.
