I think neither Outlook Express nor FoxPro 2.6 are the appropriate technologies for this kind of thing. Visual FoxPro has support for Automation, but FoxPro does not. Perhaps there is a workaround, with some Windows API or something - I don't know.
Which brings me to the second issue. Outlook has been programmed to work as an Automation server, but Outlook express has not. You might send keyboards to Outlook Express, but as you probably know, these keystrokes will vary, depending on the language.
