Any suggestions on how I can prevent a toolbar control from being docked?

VFP 9 help states:

Returning .F. (False) from code in the event or adding the NODEFAULT command does not prevent docking.

The only solution I can think of is tracking the position of a toolbar as its being moved, and prevent the toolbar from touching any edge of the screen. This seems like only a partial solution as I would like users to be able to move a toolbar off the screen - I just don't want them to dock it.

Ideas?
