Hi Cetin,
>Do you want to really prevent mouse moves (there is API to bound mouse movement to a specific region) or is that all you need is to 'cancel' dragdrop if outside specific region? If latter call drag with 'cancel' parameter.
My situation is a user dragging a floating toolbar to another location on the form. I want to prevent the toolbar from being docked. I was thinking that one solution might be to control the user's mouse movements to prevent the user from dragging a toolbar to an edge where it would automatically dock.
Another scenario would be a user moving objects within a container via drag and drop interface. I want to keep the user's mouse movement within the container during the drag operation.
Thanks for your help,
Malcolm
