I'm not sure how good these are, but you get what you pay for :)

Freewebs has some nice website generators and you can upgrade your site to a paid plan to eliminate the ads.

For commercial hosting I recommend the following 2 hosting services:

http://textdrive.com

Both offer $100/year plans that include tons of features. I've found both these services to have excellent support and uptime. Both highly recommended.
