Works perfectly and even solves the issue of preventing the toolbar from docking.

For anyone else following this thread, the only tweak I would make would be to add the following after this line:

.oLinkedObject.Move(.OriginalLeft,.OriginalTop)

.oForm.Draw()

This makes the click and drag experience visually smoother. This was a tip from Christof.
