Office 2003, Word.

On my XP Pro SP1 system I can use the back/fwd (side) mouse buttons in a document. If I click a hyperlink in a document I can get back where I started by clicking the Back mouse button.

I cannot do the same in the same version of Word installed on XP Pro SP2.

I tried adding the "Web" toolbar, and that does have back/fwd buttons on it, but still no joy using just the mouse side buttons.

The back/fwd side buttons work elsewhere (Windows explorer, Internet explorer, etc).

Any ideas?
