Thanks for your reply, the OS for these two systems are Win Xp.
and these system are simply connected and networked.

No,There is no Hd Crashes been noticed yet.

Bu my doubt is, either due to any SET commands or some compatibility probs. with VF8 and
SQL Statement,since, i m not using DE,Databse and any locking commands.
