Not a problem. Those folks that don't want to provide the information (let's face the truth here, the information provided will not be reliable anyway) can just fly on a flight that doesn't enter U.S. airspace. The whole thing really makes no dent in security anyway because any flight from any location in Canada could be hijacked an flown into any building in the U.S. Same with Mexico, etc. We should just shoot down any plane that enters U.S. airspace instead. *SARCASM*
