AFAIK, MSVCRT20.DLL is presented in all Windows versions so thre's no need to redistribute it.

BTW, if you're using IE, there's copy button at the bottom of each UT message window that copies a link to the clipboard so it can be pasted in the other message. Or you can create an autolink as follow, message #1019155.
