You certanly should run FPW.EXE and FPWHLP.EXE. To run or not the rest of updates/patches is up to you but it wouldn't hurt to run them..

Thanks for the help! Running the FPW.EXE patch and the divide by zero patch worked. I also installed all the other patches. It does appear I do not have the distribution kit or the connectivity kit installed.
