Thanks for your help. I am not much of a Windows guru so how do I parse out the system log? It does not appear to be a text file.

>Yes, the simplest way is to parse it out of the system event log. It usually contains user, number of pages, and size - as well as date and time. Make sure you set the system to log all the print events (turned on by default) under the Printers and Faxes | File | Server Properties | Advanced Tab.
