I am creating an interface that will allow users to view files stored in a blob format. So far everything is going fine except trying to search through a TIFF file. The search through the binary data of an excel file works just fine but when I find a match in a TIFF file and open it the match is incorrect. Whe I use the find in the native windows program for TIFFs it has to do a conversion of some sort. Do I have to do this for all the files for a proper search? And if so how would that be accomplised?
