And from my experience BindEvents() on every column's CurrentControl is the only way to do the doubleclick (or having a subclassed currentcontrol), because grid's doubleclick reacts only when the user dblclicks on a part of the grid where there are no rows. For all other cases, the dblclick is caught by the control in the cell - usually the textbox.
