this test is a probabilistico test, but it is not a rule.

I do not have time,
but, i guess, trying it on all WXP's printer drivers the test return TRUE
on a meaningful percentage.

A correct implementation require a DC_TECHNOLOGY information, but not there is trace.

The same one for the monitors,
if you want to know if a monitor is CRT, LCD... creed you you cannot know it.
