A menu that is composed of objects and has properties, events and methods. So you could reference each pad or bar as an object. Something like _sysmenu.File.Save.Click() Or _sysmenu.File.Save.StatusText = "Saves the Active Document" I've seen a couple of examples each one does the object listing a bit different.
