Thanks John. I tried your suggestion and the structure copied. However, in the original (applicant) table, I had captions stored ("Last Name" for field lname, "Home Phone #" for field pnumber, etc.). These captions were not copied to the new co-applicant table. Is there a reason why this information does not get copied to the new table? Is the only way to get the captions into the new co-applicant file by re-entering all of the captions?
