The best (and easiest to use) front end development tool I have found. (MS Access may be a better data access tool, but it is not as multi-faceted as VFP). I have to be able to access data on many different servers and back-ends (primarily VFP and Oracle tables). The ability of the DBC to handle native VFP tables and views as well as remote views is a big plus. I am able to develop user apps whose access to data stores are transparent to the users (users generally don't care where data reside as long as the app works for them).

The speed of data access can't be beat either even if the tables are in Oracle on a server several routers away.
