VFP to me is the next logical extension of FPD/FPW.

I started with FPD and had responsibility for a single app. serving over 250 users on a LAN and data amounting to 35 gigs. Response time was superior and the environment supported reasonable user-friendliness of design.

I wish to see VFP exploitable in the same way. I feel that OOP is essential and that VFP's seems pretty darned good. But I see VFP languishing in terms of features and fixes and functionality and future. I am doing what I know how (which may not be very good) to try to turn this around. Not having much success, though, as the vast majority here appear ready to wait for MS to do whatever they care to do.

Tha's my answer. Thanks for asking.
