A tool which allows extremely easy manipulation of data, either from a program or the command line. Having used VB and PB I can say that neither comes close in ease of app development and I couldn't even try to manipulate data (or convert to or from other data structures) in VB or PB without using the ackward ISQL managers.

Besides being the tool of choice and the standard here at the Dept of Rev, it is my personal favorite. (Distant runner up: PB, Also ran: VB, Delphi, Dishonerable mention: Approach, and a scad of others)
