This does not appear to be the case. ActiveForm.Name and ActiveForm.ActiveControl do not refer to the toolbar or its active control, but rather the form/control that most recently had focus. You can use ThisForm to refer to toolbar within any of its hosted control's methods.

A form doesn't appear to have a Deactivate() event when focus moves to a toolbar.
