Thank you for your input. I actually have to deploy an ASP.NET on Win 2003 next week. So my question is, I can't use the Identity Impersonate on IIS 6.0?

For Windows Server 2003 which is running IIS 6.0 you can setup application pools which can run a whole set of asp.net application under a particular identity.
