Hi Danijel. Thanks for your quickly response. Both applications are under the same identity. the one is not working is using Forms Authentication. It was working until I decide to use user controls to have the same look and feel in my pages, Top,left and footer of the page instead of including htmls.
I will take a look carefully at web.config.
