I did some macro recording in Excel for SaveAs in different formats and found out following:
For Microsoft Office Excel Workbook (*.xls) FileFormat = xlNormal ( the same as xlWorkbookNormal). It seems that xlWorkbookNormal means the current Excel version file format
For Microsoft Excel 97-2003 & 5.0/95 Workbook (*.xls) FileFormat = xlExcel9795. My take on it, that Excel file format didn't change since Excel 97.
