I have used the QChain tool to apply patches in batch mode. Take a look at:

There is a tools that offers you the list of missing patches, but you do need access to the internet so it can see what patches are available for your OS (Microsoft Baseline Security Analyzer), and you can get it and download it from http://www.microsoft.com/technet/security/tools/mbsahome.mspx
