Create a new table with identical fields - it should have the codepage of the dbc (1251). If not, you can use cpzero on an empty table with no problems. Then append from the old table.

Alternately, copy the data from your 866 table into a temp table (within a dbc, in case you may have long field names), zap it, do a cpzero, then append from the temp table.

In either case, Fox will do the conversion from 866 to 1251 for you while copying.
