How can I build programatically a menu that has this 3 colors:

for tht text - RGB(216,222,211)
for the backcolor - RGB(76,88,68)
for the selecteditem - RGB(191,186,80)

I don't understand the pairs color list from the DEFINE POPUP sentence and there's not examples in VFP.
