The two numbers I find more interesting are:
80% small company
98% plan to be using VFP within next 12 months
I think that is the key of why many people still use VFP, of course no secret, is that small companies are reluctant to invest in .NET or other development tool for the costs involved (not only software but also hardware) with VFP are much smaller and still gives them quality products that gives them space to grow.
The other 2 numbers that surprise me are:
35% COM
75% integrate Office with VFP apps
I would've thought the other way around.. Furthermore, isn't Office integration done thru COM?
