My company was on http://alas.co.yu/ (not anymore, the link doesn't work), and although it's out of business, I still own 40% of it. That's what I would call "my company".

As for the company where I am employed... at least it's Beethoven, not a voice shouting "... .ninety nine!". And yes, sound on a webpage is just a rude thing to do.
