Terry,
>Have you got nothing better to do than to lurk.
My, we are touchy aren't we! At the time I was lurking, no, I had nothing better to do after a somewhat lengthy stint of heavy coding. Its called a break and its my prerogative to lurk if I want to. After all, better to lurk than waste bandwidth.
>At least I constructed something that, if you look at the similar threads, engenders some lively, amusing and maybe interesting debate.
In your opinion.
>You don't need to take part or to read it but, if you do take part, a contribution would be more appreciated.
I did contribute - I asked whether you had nothing better to do?
>See the title of the category? If you've no intrerest in chattering, don't go there.
I did chatter, I asked you a question.
>But out.
I think you are looking for an Americanism here - "Butt Out", note the double "T".
