Whoa, I just tried this and VFP9 blew up. It asked me if I wanted to create the formset, then explained that it would move all new properties, then blew up with a C5 error. This is reproduceable. You probably got caught by something like this when you did yours and now you are stuck with a corrupted form/formset. Probably time to go to a backup I would say.
