YAG wrote Hilmar that it will be freeware or will be not more than $50.
If they like to promote their strategy much more developers have to switch to .Net. Especialy web developers.
But 50% of this market is Linux based and I think that M$ couldn't aford to ask $50 for light version of VS.Net. I read somewhere that they will decline prices for Pro VS.Net version twice :-)
