>So these guys I'm dealing with are pretty testy... They're afraid of the work that I'm going to do for them will result with me turning around and selling everything to the world making me a billionaire. So I really don't have any lawyers, and need some sort of Terms and Conditions that will sway my client, my way... I don't have a month of time or money to see a consultant. Does anyone have some sort of chop chop chop that I can use???
I know that you indicated you don't have the money but seeing a lawyer that deals with intellectual property would be the thing to do.
You could write it down and try to cover as much as you can but in the end the things that you could forget to mention could come back to haunt you.
I understand their fears but how would you feel if THEY became billionaire with work you did? In the end this should be a win-win situation. Where there's a will there's a way <g>
Good luck and be very careful whatever you decide to do.
