I see you're using VFP 6 SP3. I don't remember exactly, it could be that SP2 was the last one with this bug, but it did have a problem which would give exactly the same error even if you had the rights. If you keep having this error, it could be you still have the version which couldn't run the exe off an UNC address, but worked fine off a mapped drive. I remember SP4 and later didn't have this bug, not sure about SP3.
