Migration is probably not exact word for FPD to VFP conversion anyway. If you want to get good product on VFP side, you will have to allocate considerable amount of resources for redesigning of the system. Surely, source code would be helpful here, but what is good VFP developer will really need in this situation is good database analysis (data is right here) and two computers: one with old system running and another one for VFP development.
