That is an interesting point. I've heard a lot of good things about Delphi.... But, since MS will rule the world(IMHO), I think I'll stay away from any proprietary Database packages (refering to InterBase).

I have, however, had the (unfortunate?) opportunity to start learning VC++ lately, and so far it seems pretty cool. I think I'll add that to my forte' over time and see what happens....
