I think Groupwise supports MAPI. If so, you can use the MAPI controls that come with VFP. Check out the sample by running VFP\SAMPLES\SOLUTION\SOLUTION.APP.

If that doesn't work for you, maybe Groupwise supports OLE Automation. You'd need to check the Groupwise docs for this.
