For VFP 7.0...

It is in the registry under:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\VisualFoxPro\7.0\Options\IntelliDrop\FieldTypes
It has values for each type.
The trick thing is that if the default values have not been changed you wont see anything but the default value of:

(Default) REG_SZ (value not set)

Then once you change from the default two more values are added to the key:
ClassLocation
ClassName

Even if you change back to the default type, those new values reflect what you have chosen.
