It's actually FPW 2.6 and fast Pentiums that don't play well together. You can find an article about this in the MS knowledge base (support.microsoft.com).

One thing that can cause this is listboxes based on a table with more than 599 items. If this is your problem you can either re-code the application to reduce the number of items in the list boxes or convert to VFP 5.0.

>I'm getting an Insufficient Memory error running a FPW2.6a APP (not EXE), and am having little success tracking down the reason for it. I'm running on a Pentium II under Win95 revB with 64MEG RAM installed. The error happens during SHOW GETS or @ ... GET operations. I have set MEMLIMIT 85, 16384, 20480 in my config.fpw, and used SYS(1001) to verify fpw is grabbing 20K. Anyone out there have any suggestions or thoughts I can try before I take the plunge and convert to VFP5.0 (under the suspicion that FPW2.6a and Win95 don't play well together).
