Is there any way to determine the Windows desktop dimensions -- that is, the available height/width after taking consideration of the taskbar (which may/may not be visible)?

I looked ad SYSMETRIC(1) and (2), but that doesn't take into account the taskbar.

I can't seem to use _screen.Height/Width, since its not visible.
