I have this problem too (VFP9 installation keep popping up).

I gave VFP9 disk to windows but I got the next message:

The file "H:\vs_setup.msi" is not a valid installation package for the product Visual FoxPro 9.0 Professional - English. Try to find the installation packake "vs_setup.msi" in a folder from which you can install Visual FoxPro 9.0 Professional - English

I also cleared the Setup.exe default key from the registry - no help.

Maybe I should un/reinstall whole VFP9 again
