How to add an existing project to sourceSafe?

oh tried that and it complains the project is not in source control. after playing on it more, i figured there is a same name project already in sourceSafe and after i remove it from sourceSafe, i am able to get the "Add Project to Source Control" !

Another question: when i have a project checked into sourceSafe, which of these project files should normally be in sourceSafe: .pjx, .pjt and .pjm?
