What was the error message telling you it was corrupted?

Is it a regular table or is it a .scx/.vcx or something like that.

One thing you can try is:
1) SET TABLEVALIDATE TO 0
2) USE
3) APPEND BLANK
4) DELETE IN
5) USE IN
6) SET TABLEVALIDATE TO
7) Try to use the table
